Authorized Retailer

We are an authorized dealer of all the brands presented at Massena LAB. This means that your watch will come in a box with full papers of authenticity and, at a minimum, a two-year international manufacturer’s warranty. Our relationship with our partners means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs (in and out of the warranty period) in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

We try our best to give the best possible presentation of our products online but we admit, sometimes this still doesn’t quite live up to actually trying it on. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full seven days to change your mind. Please see our returns policy. All we ask is that the watch is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition. Unfortunately, this guarantee is available only to U.S. residents. All international sales are final.
